1st GRADE - WHITE BELT
The White Belt signifies the beginning of your journey, a stage of inexperience such as that of the novice student with no prior knowledge of Jado Kuin Do.

2nd GRADE - YELLOW BELT
The Yellow Belt signifies the sun that grows the seed as the Jado Kuin Do foundation is laid.

Orange Belt
3rd GRADE - ORANGE BELT
The Orange Belt signifies the maturing of the student in terms of ability, physically and mentally.

Red Belt
4th GRADE - RED BELT
The Red Belt signifies danger, reminding the student to operate with self control as they begin to learn more advanced techniques. It also warns an opponent to stay away.

Green Belt
5th GRADE - GREEN BELT
The Green Belt signifies further growth of the Jado Kuin Do plant; as it begins to develop, so does the student's skill and proficiency.

Blue Belt
6th GRADE - BLUE BELT
The Blue Belt signifies the sky, towards wich the plant begins to mature, into a towering tree as the training in Jado Kuin Do progresses.

7th GRADE - PURPLE BELT
The Purple Belt signifies a positive aura in the preperation for the advanced training about to embarked upon.

Brown Belt
8th GRADE - BROWN BELT
The Brown belt is the final step before the much coveted Black belt. From here, your training will change and you will learn how to become a Black Belt. There are three stages to the brown belt (the brown its self, 1st TAG & 2nd TAG each designed to perpare you for your black belt grading.

Black Belt
9th Grade - BLACK BELT
The black belt is the opposite to white, signifying both maturity and proficiency in Jado Kuin Do. It also symbolises the wearer's imperviousness to darkness and fear. The Jado Kuin Do Black Belt indicates many hours of training and attention to detail needed to achieve such an honour. The Jado Kuin Do Black belt must always be worn with pride.
