Confident Kids Schools Programme

The WJO "Confident Kids Schools" programmes are activity workshops specifically designed to run inside primary and secondary schools. It is an excellent way of activating a young person mentally and physically to prepare them for a productive day at school or allows them to let off steam before the get home.

We run a number of Confident Kids after and before school clubs around the country to help young people stay active.

The Confident Kids programme has been specifically designed for young people in schools to help increase:

  • concentration
  • confidence
  • awareness
  • balance and coordination
  • leadership skills
  • discipline
  • The programme also encourages young people to have inner strength and say no to unhealthy peer pressure, to look after themselves and avoid bullying. It will open the door to high quality values and a never ending circle of learning and self discovery.

The programme is delivered in a fun and friendly, yet disciplined manner and follows a specific syllabus that takes young people from beginners to black belts.

All of our professional instructors are fully certified, CRB checked and hold full insurance.
